Sainsbury and Asda supermarkets are just a short drive as is the A12 and Chelmsford City Centre can be walked to in around 30 minutes or there is a very good bus route. There are also a number of children’s parks and green spaces for getting those all important walks and jogs in!
OVERVIEW OF ACCOMMODATION
There are only three flats in this block, this one being the only one on the ground floor so you don’t have to worry about neighbours banging doors. The communal entrance is accessed via a secure entry phone system which leads to the flat itself.
