Full Management Service

We offer a transparent full management service aimed at landlords who prefer not to have the inconvenience of dealing with day to day issues.

This covers everything needed to find a tenant and keep legislation up to date including –

  • Advertising and marketing the property
  • Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
  • Finding a tenant, referencing and drawing up the tenancy agreement
  • Arranging for the necessary certificates to be carried out with certified contractors
  • Carrying out a full property inventory before the tenant moves in and a check out report when the tenancy expires
  • Carrying out monthly checks of the property for the first 3 months of the tenancy and then property checks every quarter year
  • Co-ordination of repair or maintenance including arranging for tradesmen to attend the property and obtaining estimates where necessary
  • Payment of rental income, minus our fees, directly into the designated bank account and providing monthly statements by email
  • Chasing late or non-payment of rent where necessary
  • Holding the deposit under the rules of the dispute service tenancy deposit scheme
  • Serving all notices where necessary under the Housing Act 2004
  • Negotiating the release of the deposit if an agreement cannot be reached directly between the landlord and tenant and referring any claims to an independent case examine
